Welcome to nupk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the nupk platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. It is preferable to use the same method for withdrawal as was used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.
• nupk has the right to modify bonus terms.
• If misuse of any bonus is proven, it will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.

All games and betting activities on the nupk platform are conducted in accordance with specific rules. Both the game providers' rules and nupk's own rules apply.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• The results of all games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If any round remains incomplete due to a technical error, it may be considered void.
• The use of bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• If there is a system error in any game, the bets for that round will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets on cancelled or abandoned matches are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• nupk reserves the right to investigate if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Accounts will be closed in the event of coordinated fraudulent activity.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nupk platform and may result in account closure:

• Exploiting bonuses using multiple accounts
• Coordinated betting to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system using programs or software
• Using another person's account
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

nupk is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by a user as a result of gaming or betting. Each user must take responsibility for their own financial decisions.

• If the service is disrupted due to a technical error, nupk will not be liable for indirect losses.
• nupk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (payment providers).
• nupk will not be held responsible if account information is stolen due to the user's own negligence.
